The series revolves around Sa'd Al-Daly,the businessman and politician. After surviving an assassination attempt ,that ends with the death of his eldest son and all his security team, questions surface on the truth behind him and the source of his wealth as the Police begins to investigate.

Continuing the events of the first season, Sa'd Al-Daly begins to search for Khaled Al-Daly in order to take revenge on him, as the mafia also pursues him. On the other hand, Sa'd is forced to make Farid give up his wealth and bargains with him over it as he wrestles with his love for Nashwa

Following the events of the previous two parts, this part begins after the kidnapping of the grandson of Sa'd Al-Daly, along with being exposed after his personal diaries got stolen and published, and finally when Sa'd tries to travel abroad to seek the help of his friends after losing his companies he finds himself banned from traveling and arrested.
