Italia's Next Top Model, Cycle 1 was the first season of the Italian reality television show based on the American program of the same name which was broadcast on SkyVivo, a channel of the Italian subscription television Sky TV. It began airing in December 2007 and ended in February 2008. The show is hosted by Russian former model and actress Natasha Stefanenko, who equals the role of Tyra Banks as the head of the search in the original series. Other permanent judge is Michael Giannini, art director and talent scout of model agency d’Management. Recurring judges are: photographer Ciro Zizzo, former top model, Gianni Versace's and Giorgio Armani's muse Nadège du Bospertus and noted Italian fashion journalist Giusi Ferrè. Gilda Sansone ended up being the winner of this cycle thus receiving a one-year-contract with d’Management Group as well as a spread on Italian fashion magazine Elle.

Italia's Next Top Model, Cycle 3 is the third season of the Italian reality television show based on the American program of the same name. It is broadcast on SkyUno, a channel of the Italian subscription television Sky TV. It started airing in October 2009. The host is once again the Russian top model and actress Natasha Stefanenko. The other permanent judges are Micheal Giannini, art director and talent scout of model agency d’Management, former top model, Gianni Versace's and Giorgio Armani's muse Nadege du Bospertus and fashion journalist Giusi Ferrè. In each weekly episode a celebrity guest judge will also join the judging panel. The winner was Anastasia Silveri who earned a modelling contract and a Max Factor campaign. At 25 years old she is the oldest Italia's Next Top Model winner to date.

It is broadcast on SkyUno, a channel of the Italian subscription television Sky TV. It premiered in Spring 2011. The host is once again the Russian former model and actress Natasha Stefanenko. Other permanent judges are Micheal Giannini, art director and talent scout of model agency d’Management, former Italian top model and Giorgio Armani's muse Antonia Dell'Atte, fashion photographer Alberto Badalamenti and fashion journalist Giusi Ferrè. For the first time a former transgender contestant, Adriana Mazzarini, was admitted in the final cast. Alice Taticchi resulted as the winner, getting a contract with Fashion Model Milan and an editorial for Lancôme.
